MY BEST 3 DRONES and why I own them.

I have been flying drones for quite sometime now and, have found out which drones are my favorites and here’s why;

I started flying the DJI Phantom drones first and all I did was work on them trying to get them in the air. They were big, bulky and hard to get to fly I spent more time calibrating them than flying..

Later I started flying the Holy Stone drones and they were better but still I was spending to much time messing with them and not flying and I had to worry about fly aways.

Then one day late last fall I found one of my favorite drones the DJI Mini SE. I brought it home and it just flew right out of the box no messing around with calibrations it felt natural and was easy to handle.

I spent $200 on this drone and to this day it handles better than my drones that cost over $1000. Its in the top three of my favorites.

The next drone in the top three has to be the DJI Mini 3 pro.

It has alot of options I need such as obsticale avoidance which is a must for me. I think I have crashed a drone into every bush and tree in my neighborhood in the last year.

Then just in the last few months I decided to venture into the FPV drones and bought a DJI Avata with Integra goggles and the FPV control. (I just can’t get used to the motion control yet) That thing was so fast it set me back on my heals but, it was perfect for learning FPV flights.

I did finally after much thought settle on the Avata 2 with googles 3 and FPV 3 controller. The reason I went with it was I plan to work with realators and such after getting my 107 license.

So there you have it my top three drones. As you can see I don’t like to spend alot of money on drones so my limit is $1000.

  1. DJI Mini SE (cost me $200)
  2. DJI Mini 3 Pro (cost me $500)
  3. DJI Avata 2 (cost me $1000)

I plan in the future to give away some of these drones I have (except for my top 3) so if your interested just email me @ denmcd@gmail.com
